**Job Summary**
Responsible for performing quarterly audit engagements year-round to help identify and manage risks to the business. Participate as active members of the engagement team throughout each phase (i.e., planning, execution and reporting). With our standard engagement cadence, the individual in this role will gain broad exposure to our businesses and technologies. **Core Responsibilities**
+ Executes aspects of the standard internal audit process, which includes the three phases of planning, execution and reporting out to business management.
+ Performs thorough inquiry and data analysis to understand security and technology operations and assist in developing project scope.
+ Contributes to overall planning efforts for engagement timeline and approach.
+ Examines records, documents, methods, policies, costs and other factors to determine if areas are conducting operations in accordance with established policies/procedures, best practices, information security frameworks, Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology controls and governmental and legal requirements.
+ Applies appropriate audit procedures to the areas reviewed to ensure that controls are tested and all significant risks are addressed.
+ Prepares clear and well-organized audit work papers documenting root-cause, work performed, investigation summaries and recommendations.
+ Formulates appropriate conclusions and clearly documents findings based on testing results. Combines knowledge of Company operations with testing results to determine control effectiveness.
+ Identifies audit findings and considers corrective actions.
+ Identifies opportunities for improvement to audit methodology, tools and training.

The opportunity is for a Subsea Technology Lead who will act as technical expert leading the subsea technology development across both physical and digital technologies including activities such as: research, benchmarking, field trials, technology road mapping and lifecycles, proof of technology, proof of concept and proof of value.
**Accountabilities**
+ Identification of business opportunities to accelerate subsea technologies and value through the innovation funnel.
+ Interface and align priorities with stakeholders across Projects, Production, Subsurface and Wells through a strong interface with the Subsea organization within bp solutions
+ Chair the subsea technical committee and propose monthly sprint priorities
+ Propose scope for subsea technology budget and manage priorities through leadership of the subsea futures squad
+ e-Subsea program delivery of deployable Technology Readiness Level TRL 5 technology
+ Co-chair the Marine Autonomy Working Group (MAWG) and act as an advocate of low cost subsea and marine autonomy.
+ Lead and support external collaboration agreements with service and equipment providers, consortia, partners, and academics.
+ For subsea technology, lead management of 1) commercial strategy, 2) technology strategy, 3) intellectual asset management strategy and communications / external publications.

Reporting to the Global Head of Imaging & Digital, you will join our Imaging & Digital Group, within the R&D department of GE HealthCare's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business segment, which develops and markets a broad portfolio of imaging diagnostic agents across different medical imaging modalities (including PET/SPECT, MRI, Ultrasound, & CT/X-ray) and therapeutic areas (including Oncology, Neuroscience, & Cardiology).

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Executes aspects of the standard internal audit process, which includes the three phases of planning, execution and reporting out to business management.
+ Performs thorough inquiry and data analysis to understand security and technology operations, assess risk and develops project scope for complex process areas, leveraging business knowledge and expertise.
+ Contributes to overall planning efforts for engagement timeline and approach.
+ Evaluates records, documents, methods, policies, costs and other factors to determine if areas are conducting operations in accordance with established policies/procedures, best practices, information security frameworks, control objectives for information and related technology controls and governmental and legal requirements. Able to quickly grasp risk areas and identifies remediation tactics.
+ Applies appropriate audit procedures to the areas reviewed to ensure that controls are tested and all significant risks are addressed.
+ Prepares clear and well-organized audit work papers documenting root-cause, work performed, investigation summaries and recommendations.
+ Formulates appropriate conclusions and clearly documents findings based on testing results. Combines knowledge of Company operations with testing results to determine control effectiveness.
+ Identifies audit findings and recommends corrective actions.
+ Assists less experienced team members in understanding and executing internal audit methodology and standards.
+ Identifies opportunities for improvement to audit methodology, tools and training.
+ Supports department objectives and performs other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
