The purpose of the role is to be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the Technology department. This involves overseeing technology risk management, IT audit management and process improvement.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
- Contribute towards and report on the performance of IT systems and services.
- Develop and maintain a technology risk management framework.
- IT Audit Management.
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to the management team.
- Analyse current IT processes and identify areas for improvement.

I have been working with this school for over many years and have an excellent relationship with them. I have placed many teachers into the school and they all have very positive things to say about their time there. The school really look after their staff both permanent and temporary.
I am looking for a DT teacher who wants a new challenge and wants to be part of a strong department. The job is a full time position, and the school are looking for someone specialising in Resistant Material, Graphics and Design. It will be teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils, planning and marking will be required.
This job will start after Easter.
As a full time DT teacher I expect you to essentially be a permanent member of staff so I expect the following;
* Teach DT to KS3 & KS4 level. Knowledge of Resistant Materials, Graphics is essential.
* Assess, mark and plan lessons .
* Assess achievements of pupils.
* Provide progress reports and attend parents evenings & dept meetings.
This is an excellent opportunity to work at one of the best schools in the area and secure a full time post in September. I can offer very good rates of pay and I will be available 24/7 for you should you need my help with anything.
