Role overview:
We are seeking a Technology Coordinator who will work as part of a team to provide administrative support to the CTO's office and wider business through a variety procurement and reporting tasks. You will assist the Senior Technology Coordinator with day-to-day duties to ensure processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management
- Maintaining Supplier Catalogue (contract start/end dates, contract owner, budget lines and codes)
- Ownership of the email automation for renewal reminders ensuring supplier catalogue is maintained to run the automation
- Liaising with Contract Owners to support on renewals (quotes and PO's) and cancellations
- Updating and maintaining user access to suppliers in 1Password – reconfiguration
- Technology Credit Card Management/Spend Coordination
- Shared inbox management
Reporting
- Supporting the STC with completion of the monthly board pack (sharing F&C report with team, follow up, updating data tables)
- Jira data pull for Sprint Reporting (Tes Engineering, EHG Engineering Aus and Data)
- Attendance Reporting
Financial
- Raising PO requisitions
- Invoice management
- Spend tracking
- Budget Management
- Distribute weekly PO Req Report to stakeholders (Finance and STC)
General Tech Ops
- Meeting management (All Hands, Tech Management, Tech Leads Away Days) – coordination and ownership of room bookings, invites, decks
- TIPS Management (reminders and document ownership)
- Updating the Technology SharePoint hub
- Tech Ops Process Implementation
