Join a dynamic IT team as an EUC Technical Specialist on a 3-month rolling contract, based in Nottingham with very occasional travel. Support and maintain a Windows-based desktop environment across multiple UK and international sites (approx. 1,600 devices).
Key duties include hardware/software support (Windows 11, SCCM, Intune, Office 365), troubleshooting, documentation, and ensuring security compliance. Success in this role requires hands-on Wintel experience, multitasking, knowledge of Active Directory/SCCM, and strong communication and teamwork skills is essental.
Microsoft certifications are desirable as would any experience of working in a contact / Call Centre environment.
