As Manager, GDQTC, you'll support our Veeva Quality Suite-based eQMS _which manages the quality events, actions and audits of our Global Development organization_ . Working across Clinical, Regulatory, and IT teams, you'll ensure the eQMS continues to meet the needs of a complex, fast-evolving environment. This role offers the opportunity to blend quality process ownership with system-level thinking-driving meaningful improvements in how we maintain GCP and GVP compliance across Regeneron's global development operations.
**A Typical Day:**
+ Managing and triaging user requests via the Quality Support Mailbox
+ Coordinating eQMS system upgrades and configuration changes with Global Development IT
+ Supporting issue management workflows including deviations, CAPAs, investigations, and change controls
+ Gathering and refining business requirements to guide system enhancements
+ Creating dashboards, storyboards, and reports for audit readiness and quality oversight
+ Liaising with stakeholders across Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, and Quality functions
+ Ensuring adherence to SDLC principles and validation expectations for all system changes
+ Identifying and driving process improvements tied to system use, support, and compliance
**This Role May Be For You:**
+ You've managed or owned quality workflows-like deviations and CAPAs-within an electronic QMS
+ You're adept at managing the full system lifecycle, from implementing new features to overseeing data standards and vendor performance
+ You're familiar with the Veeva Quality Suite, especially QualityDocs and QMS modules
+ You bring hands-on experience with GCP and/or GVP-regulated processes
+ You're a strong communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
+ You thrive in structured environments and bring rigor to how systems and data are handled
+ You've supported system changes under regulated SDLC practices (validation, change control, etc.)
+ You enjoy working at the intersection of quality, technology, and operations

You'll need a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate has supported quality issue management processes-such as deviations, CAPAs, and investigations-within a GCP or GVP setting. Experience with the Veeva Quality Suite (especially QualityDocs and QMS modules) is strongly preferred, and formal Veeva Vault Platform certifications (e.g., White/Gray Belt) are highly desirable. Familiarity with related clinical systems is a bonus.

An opportunity his arisen for a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer, working in our IT team based in Uxbridge. The Technical Engineer is responsible for accepting escalations to existing Incidents and Changes from the 1st line team. They will be responsible for problem resolution and project work. Much of the work required of this position requires deep dive investigations into infrastructure solutions; owning escalations, problems and projects from an early stage through to completion whilst bearing SLA targets in mind.
As the second line escalation point for all IT support queries you will work with the first line support team and over 1000 users to maintain and monitor IT systems including remote working solutions, and understand and resolve technical issues in a prompt and professional manner. This is a fast paced environment in which no two days are the same.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Answer either first line support or end user software or hardware queries via email, phone or face to face
- Work with first line support staff or end user to resolution or escalate to third line support as and when necessary
- Work with the IT Management team and support team to ensure recurring technical issues are addressed
- Update the ticketing system, ensuring notes, progress and required actions have been input promptly
- Visit APCOA sites and 3rd Party sites to fix / resolve technical issues
- Desktop / Laptop Hardware experience and liaise with APCOA remote sites assisting on Network / ADSL issues
- Able to learn, comprehend and run 3rd Party tools / applications
- Comfortable around IT cable infrastructure where they are able to diagnose issues or setup new sites
Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Prior experience within second-line technical product or service focused support role
- Ability to problem solve within a technical environment
- Strong customer service approach and team player
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in dynamic work environment

This job is responsible for functionally leading a team. The Role
The Technology PM will manage and support a range of retail technology and digital projects across multiple brands and platforms. This involves project coordination, sensor based interactive technology implementation, digital content management and technical knowledge for multiple clients across the Outform group.
Job Title : Technology Project Manager
Reporting to : Technology Director
Location: Fleet, Hampshire or Oxford Street, London UK
Hours of Work: 9am – 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
Technology Project Coordination
Lead project planning and scheduling across technology initiatives.
Coordinate resources and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Manage budgets and project scope to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks; resolve issues efficiently.
Oversee testing, quality assurance, and documentation processes.
Digital Content
Manage digital content using various CMS platforms.
Perform content checks, adaptations, and implementation within CMS.
Maintain and optimize the digital estate across multiple brands.
Generate reports on connectivity, user engagement, and analytics.
Technology Service Management
Diagnose and resolve technical faults across hardware and software.
Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure service continuity.
Conduct on-site visits for troubleshooting and maintenance.
Manage hardware/software upkeep and lifecycle.
Create and oversee Statements of Work (SOW) and maintenance agreements.
Key Skills and Experience
Strong project management and organizational skills from a retail design / retail technology background
Experience with interactive technologies, CMS platforms and digital content workflows.
Technical aptitude in fault diagnosis and service coordination.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work across multiple brands and adapt to varied requirements.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach
Salary: TBC depending on background and experience
