This is a fully remote position, offering the ultimate flexibility to operate from anywhere in the UK. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing senior-level talent within top-tier financial institutions. This role demands a sophisticated understanding of the financial services landscape, exceptional networking capabilities, and a proven track record of successfully completing complex executive searches.

- Conduct thorough market mapping and intelligence gathering to identify potential candidates for senior roles across banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech.
- Develop and execute sophisticated search strategies to source passive and active candidates at executive and board levels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry leaders, hiring managers, and potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, evaluating not only technical skills and experience but also leadership potential and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire executive search process from initial brief to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and debriefs for clients, providing insightful market commentary.
- Represent the firm and its clients professionally, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal research teams to support search execution.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential new client opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and compensation benchmarks within financial services.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, with a demonstrable specialization in financial services recruitment.
- Proven success in managing and completing high-level, retained executive searches.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, its key players, and critical talent requirements.
- Exceptional networking, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to identify and assess talent effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Discretion, integrity, and a strong ethical compass.
- Proficiency in using executive search databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple complex assignments, and meet demanding deadlines in a remote environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
