Role Summary
Seeking a Test Lead to take end-to-end ownership of testing across multiple component teams for a commercial insurance program. The role requires hands-on experience in integration testing, API/web service testing (JSON/SOAP), and strong stakeholder management. Deep understanding of basic commercial insurance concepts is mandatory. Automation experience with Selenium is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Own E2E test strategy, planning, execution, and release readiness across multiple component teams.
Define and drive integration testing approach between services/systems and ensure coverage for cross-team flows.
Design, develop and execute functional, regression and integration test suites; ensure defects are tracked, triaged, and closed
Validate APIs and message formats using JSON and SOAP; create and execute tests with SoapUI (or equivalent).
Coordinate with product owners, architects, developers, and operations to identify and resolve system-level issues and manage dependencies.
Establish test metrics, dashboards and quality gates for release decisions and continuous improvement.
Mentor and guide manual and automation testers; review test artifacts and ensure best practices.
Participate in release planning, risk assessments and post-release validation.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading E2E/integration testing across multiple component teams in a complex program.
Strong hands-on experience with API/web service testing (JSON, SOAP).
Proficient with SoapUI (or similar tools) for SOAP and REST testing.
Solid understanding of commercial insurance concepts and common product flows.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-team coordination skills.
Experience in test planning, defining test strategy, and driving execution to meet timelines.
Experience with defect lifecycle and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or equivalent).
Good to Have
Experience with S360 or similar insurance platform(s).
Hands-on automation experience using Selenium and automation frameworks
Experience with JSON schema validation, contract testing, or API mocking tools.

The Opportunity
As part of a major global HR transformation initiative, the firm is seeking an experienced HRIS Test Lead to support the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in London (2 days in office).
The HRIS Test Lead will be responsible for designing and executing the end-to-end testing strategy, coordinating test activities across HR, IT, and vendor teams, and validating functionality, data integrity, and user experience across the firm’s international offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the comprehensive test strategy for the HRIS implementation.
- Define and manage test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria across all phases (unit, system, integration, and UAT).
- Lead and coordinate testing efforts across HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Oversee test environments, data preparation, and defect management.
- Facilitate and support global User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure system functionality, accuracy, and performance meet business and compliance requirements.
- Validate integrations with key systems including payroll, finance, and time tracking.
- Produce detailed reporting on test progress, issues, and risks for senior stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to testers and end users during UAT.

Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in HRIS testing (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Strong understanding of HR processes including Core HR, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to lead cross-functional testing in a global, matrixed environment.
Desirable:
- Previous experience within professional services or partnership environments.

Pharmacierge is looking for a driven and detail-focused Packaging Team Lead to manage the daily activities of our Pharmacists and ACTs in the Dispensary area.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate to improve the accuracy, compliance, and quality of our Pharmacy team.
- Analyse SDS/TTS data to identify trends and patterns, investigate any discrepancies that may occur, and propose/implement enhancements.
- Act as the main point of contact for all enquiries related to Checking/Packaging.
- Work closely with the Responsible Pharmacist on a day-to-day basis to maximize the effective use of staff resources.
- Develop, review, and maintain training materials for ACTs, Pharmacists, and locum checkers.
- Monitor and investigate trends in near-misses and patient safety incidents.
- Address and investigate complaints from patients and prescribers.
- Execute, document, and audit modifications to processes.
- Review and update Packaging Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in association with the Superintendent Pharmacist, ensuring they are kept current for daily operations, with all changes properly documented.
- Oversee the Titan Fast Track workflow, providing training, investigating concerns and discrepancies, and ensuring the process remains active and safe.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent Pharmacist to perform audits and risk assessments within the Packaging area.
- Assess and provide feedback on both individual and team performance.
- Address issues, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Carry out line management responsibilities, including conducting annual reviews and liaising with HR.
- Partner with management and Team Leads to foster a positive and supportive workplace environment.

This role is open to GPhC registered NVQ3 with ACT Qualification (accredited provider) or GPhC registered Pharmacist
