This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the overall functioning of the logistics and transportation of people.
• Provide administrative support to get vehicles from A to B efficiently and profitably
• Coordinate and schedule appointments for drivers and transport managers. Rotas.
· Prepare quotes for new business and give prices.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are stocked.
• Oversee office organisation and co-ordinate staff rotas for 24x 7 shifts
• Manage office facilities, including liaising with service providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronic and physical.
• Assist in data entry, data analysis, and report generation as needed.
Ensure that travel expenses are recorded and processed in a timely manner.

**Job Summary:**
The Senior Expert Transportation Management role is a key and influencing role within the NTT Data Digital Core Practice. The successful candidate will be part of a wider team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP solutions to our customer base and to meet our customer's needs. **Duties/Responsibilities:**
-Support Transportation Management Solution Architect to work closely with customer and NTT Data sales and business development teams to assist in the translation of business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the Transportation Management capabilities supporting the architecting of Transportation Management within the overall solution landscape. This will include collaboratively compiling statements of works to support any stage of the sales and deal review processes. Leads and co-ordinates integrated workshops with detail and complexity with Senior Stakeholders in the customer business.
-Provide thought leadership to NTT Data and its customers focused on Supply Chain strategy specifically in the Transportation Management solutions and the Transportation Management road map
-Act as the design authority on the projects ensuring the quality and integrity of Transportation Management solutions being implemented is aligned to industry best practice
-Adhering to the agreed NTT Data strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure NTT Data remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate. Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, General Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Economics, Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, Society Politics and Policy and Business Management.
