We offer a salary of £55–65k, depending on experience, plus equity options. You’ll work on a hybrid basis, spending at least two days a week in our Shoreditch office. You’ll get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced parental leave, regular team events in London, fun off-sites in places like Bath and Corfu, and the tools and setup you need from day one, including a MacBook.
At Userled, we have a get-things-done, ship-it vibe. Every hire moves the needle, and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. If you want to join an AI-led company where design truly matters, where you’ll be trusted to make bold calls, and where you’ll shape both product and company direction from the ground up, this is your chance.
