About the Role

As the Product Marketing Manager at Expereo, you will play a central role in constructing and executing the GTM strategy across the Expereo solution portfolio; Connect, Enhance, Secure. You will program manage initiatives to reposition Expereo to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), update messaging with our latest solutions, create and execute GTM planning for new solutions. You will be responsible for aligning all GTM initiatives cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Solutions, Product, Service Delivery, Marketing, Sales Operations and Bid Management.

Be responsible for

  • Launching New Solutions - Own the end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new product and solution launches, ensuring alignment with Expereo’s global business objectives and regional market needs.  
  • Solution Positioning - Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate the value proposition of new solutions to target audiences, including enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Value Messaging - Develop and refine value propositions that clearly communicate the unique benefits of Expereo’s solutions, tailored to different customer segments, industries, and geographies.
  • Marketing - Partner with the broader marketing team to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for Expereo’s solutions.
  • Competitive Intelligence - Continuously track and analyze the competitive landscape, including key players, emerging trends, and market shifts relevant to Expereo’s portfolio.
  • PR & Analysts - Partner with PR agencies and internal communications teams to craft press releases, media kits, and executive quotes that highlight product launches, partnerships, and company milestones.

Expereo Teams you will be working with:

  • As part of the marketing team you will be working closely with the Demand Generation and the Communications team members of the team in creating compelling market facing materials to help drive demand as well as to help position Expereo as a market leader in global Internet communications.
  • You will also be working closely with our CRO and Sales Enablement to contribute to enabling our global sales force to position and sell our products to our target audiences.

External Companies you will be working with:

  • You will be working with Industry Analyst companies such as Gartner, IDC, Omdia, Forrester etc.  Expectation is you will manage the relationships and use their resources for planning and to help direct the messaging and positioning of our portfolio resulting in placement in appropriate reports and research.
  • Work with PR agency and copywriters to develop engaging storylines/thought leadership topics
  • You should also expect to work with marketing agencies related to content creation, campaign themes and copywriting.
  • As we grow our relationships with Technology Partners you will be the marketing representative in these relationships to identify and implement suitable GTM strategies aligned to our growth objectives.

Requirements

You will be the type of product marketer who understands that product marketing is not about writing datasheets but is a strategic role that drives all aspects of go-to-market strategy and execution. You will be an expert global communications networks (MPLS/Internet) and associated technologies (SDWAN/SASE) and will take this knowledge and combine it with an understanding of the Enterprise/MNC environment to create clear, differentiated messaging. You will work in collaboration with the marketing and sales organisations to drive the direction of all communications and campaign activities to ensure they are reaching our buyers and resonating with them.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise marketing environments and particularly Product Marketing experience ideally within IT/Telecoms businesses
  • The role will require the ability to set a product marketing strategy and plans with the appropriate teams, but also work collaboratively to deliver on the tactics.  This is a hands on role where the expectation is to be able to cover all aspects.
  • Ability to write content and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Existing relationships with Industry analysts or journalist would be a plus 
  • Likely to be some international travel, so willingness to travel is important.

About the Role
The VP Strategy leads Strategy development and implementation, M&A, and Pricing for global Nexis Solutions (gNS). You will report to the President of gNS and work closely with the gNS Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and senior stakeholders across LexisNexis and RELX.

Responsibilities
+ Driving understanding of changing customer and user needs, market sizing, competitive positioning and developments, regional differentiation, and business models. Ensuring that strategic plans are focused on the customer and grounded in data
+ Leading multiple strategic projects across the portfolio from defining the project to execution. Projects may include commercial strategy, portfolio prioritisation, product strategy, strategic partnerships, and building investment cases
+ Leading M&A activities for gNS including proactive pipeline generation, relationship building, due diligence, deal execution, integration, and divestments. Leading the pricing function for gNS including development and implementation of pricing strategies (e.g., define packages, maintain list prices), effective price execution tools and materials (e.g., CPQ, pricing guidance), deal support, pricing governance (e.g., discount approval thresholds), and performance reporting (e.g., renewal rates)
+ Leading development of high-quality corporate events and deliverables including SLT offsites, board presentations, business reviews, and all gNS town halls. Supporting the broader gNS strategic planning process in collaboration with the gNS SLT
+ Acting as a strategic advisor providing tactical support to implement business priorities. Identifying, tracking, and reporting progress against action items from meetings including following-up on progress, and resolving issues, and facilitating experimentation.
Requirements:
+ Possess an advanced core strategy and pricing skillset with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to deliver independently from workplan to execution. Broad experience gained across consulting and/or corporate strategy/business development/pricing, including M&A experience.
