Role Overview:
Lead and manage the warehouse team to execute the operational plan effectively. Develop shift managers to ensure high standards of service and availability for customers. Drive productivity, cost efficiency, health and safety, and performance targets. Adapt to volume changes to maintain timely store servicing. Foster strong relationships with Retail stakeholders and third-party providers. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives and nurture talent for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve KPI targets, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery.
li>Meet cost per case targets and budgetary goals.
• Drive productivity, health and safety, and performance metrics.
• Foster colleague engagement and manage turnover effectively.
• Plan ahead 6-12 months, including talent and budgeting.
• Build and maintain key relationships across various stakeholders.
• Ensure customer service excellence and diversity and inclusion plans implementation.
• Monitor productivity and cost targets, ensuring alignment with budget.
• Review processes to identify improvements and lead change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure site-wide compliance.
• Develop and deliver change programs within the warehouse and across the site.
• Lead talent reviews and management for chambers, including succession planning.

About You
Requirements:

• Knowledge of logistics operations, health and safety, and employment legislation.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and managing teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to champion change, collaborate, and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record in achieving results and driving customer focus.
• Experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• IOSH qualification is desirable but not essential.

Job Responsibilities

1. Full-Process Warehouse Operations Management: Manage incoming, in-stock, and outgoing warehouses in Europe, monitor data, connect with procurement and sales and third-party loading and unloading service providers, coordinate in-warehouse operations, dispatch picking resources, and ensure safe storage and efficient cargo flow.
2. Cross-Line Collaboration: Connect with headquarters and intercontinental distribution, quality control, and other modules to synchronize strategies and feedback; coordinate the implementation of peak season plans, handle exceptions, coordinate inspections, and undertake new projects.
3. Warehouse Infrastructure: Promote the construction, relocation, and expansion of warehouses in various countries, coordinate temporary warehouse lease terminations and operational support during peak seasons.
4. Cross-Domain Coordination: Deploy personnel and resources across centers and countries, coordinate inspections and self-inspections, and implement safety management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
2. Bilingual in Chinese and English, with local language skills preferred. Experience preferred.
3. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software, with a strong data-driven mindset.
4. Five or more years of experience in the logistics industry.

• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Oversee inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency, implementing stock control measures.
• Liaise with suppliers and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
• Implement and maintain health and safety procedures in compliance with UK regulations.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgets and control costs associated with warehouse operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
• Ensure the efficient utilization of warehouse space and equipment.

• Proven experience in a senior warehouse management role.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
