• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Forklift truck license and other relevant certifications are an advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or operations, preferably within a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics best practices.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and available for immediate on-site duties.
