As Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for growing out our Digital Marketing strategy, execute and the day to day running of the internal Company Acquisition from SEO & PPC to developing new ways to better market our business and services.
You will work with an external Marketing Agency to drive the best possible ROI across all channels including affiliate and apps.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's goals, ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of acquisition milestones.
Grow out our digital marketing strategy and execute the plan.
Develop and oversee paid advertising Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities, staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting related to acquisitions, ensuring cost-effective strategies and adherence to financial targets.
Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging copy, messages, and designs.
Ensure campaigns are performance-focused and achieve KPIs.
Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.
Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics
Contribute creative input and drive innovative campaign ideas.
Essential Skills:
Strong ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
Expertise in negotiating terms and resolving conflicts to secure favorable agreements and maintain positive relationships.
Solid understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management to ensure effective resource allocation.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams with integrity, aligning decision-making processes with the organisation's vision and mission.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization and with external partners
Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization is a plus.
Experience with CRM and email marketing tools is an advantage.

About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing early years education provider with sites across London and the UK. We are looking for a driven and experienced Acquisition Manager to help them grow and acquire new sites, working closely with the Head of Acquisition. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead end-to-end negotiations on lease agreements and acquisitions

- Secure favourable commercial terms that support long-term business sustainability
Internal Collaboration & Feasibility
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Property, and Architecture to assess project viability
- Prepare and present Investment Committee proposals for approval
- Coordinate with external consultants to ensure timely progress from identification to deal closure
About You
- 3–5 years’ experience in an acquisition-focused role, ideally in the property, real estate, or development sector
- Proven track record of managing multiple live offers simultaneously (typically 4–8)
- Confident in sourcing and closing 5–10 sites annually
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship management with landlords, agents, and developers
- Solid understanding of commercial viability and planning processes
- Strong pipeline management and multitasking ability
- Experience within a growth-oriented environment
- Familiarity with collaborating with internal teams (ie architecture, legal, and planning)
- Knowledge of the nursery or educational property market (a plus, not essential)
Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Property Development, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)
