You will work alongside a small team of legal assistants and conveyancers supported on a variety of auctionproperty transactions. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload, supporting the partner / department , whilst working alongside a great senior management team, ensuring that the department and firm provide a high level of service to a varied client base.

- Familiarity with developer productivity tools such as Jenkins, Grafana and Humio

Key Responsibilities- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments for valuers and transport.
- Preparing and typing catalogue entries, receipts, letters, valuations, and emails.
- Handling customer payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Answering incoming calls and providing excellent client service in person and over the phone.
- Supporting auction day operations, including clerking to the auctioneer and managing our computerised bidding platform in real time.
