We are looking for a Lead Clinician - Practitioner Psychologist, OT, SaLT to manage our in-house Clinical Team at Bluebank School based in Derbyshire. The postholder will work collaboratively with both the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload. Longdon Park School opened in June 2015. We are a co-educational day school catering for pupils aged 7 to 18 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour primarily with a diagnosis of ASD. About the Role

As a SEND Secondary Teacher, you will lead in a particular curriculum area, developing engaging and creative learning experiences tailored to pupils’ individual educational needs. You will support KS4 staff by providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship, while working collaboratively with support staff to ensure pupils receive the assistance they need. In addition, you will provide feedback to SLT, parents, and carers to monitor and enhance pupil progress, support pupils who may display challenging behaviours due to their additional needs, and actively promote the school’s vision and values while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirement: 

• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
