About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join the Site Establishment team at Sizewell C , one of the UK’s most ambitious and nationally significant infrastructure and energy projects. This role offers a rare opportunity to be involved from the ground up — helping to build the village that will build the town that will build the plant.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a contract or work package, encompassing engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and commissioning. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure that supports the main site, including large office complexes, industrial buildings, and estate developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractors and oversee delivery of highways, associated structures, and utilities
- Develop and manage programmes and resources effectively
- Demonstrate experience with NEC3 contracts, ideally Options A–C
- Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring works are delivered without providing leverage to project detractors
- Define and manage scope of work and its interfaces within the wider programme
- Secure and manage resources, ensuring all personnel meet SQEP (Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel) standards
- Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of works
- Monitor progress against key milestones, budgets, and deadlines
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues appropriately
- Ensure consistency across Level 1–3 schedules and review contractor rolling plans
- Deliver against the List of Deliverables (LOD) and apply Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Interface with other programmes to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices
- Fulfil all contractual obligations and maintain strong cross-team relationships
- Promote continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are captured and shared
Project Scope & Dimensions
- Manage contracts valued between £250k and £50m
- Lead a team of up to 4 Assistant Project Managers , plus a matrix team including commercial, procurement, construction management, H&S, and environmental specialists
- Coordinate with up to 200 contractor staff and multiple external stakeholders
On-Site Responsibilities
- Lead and manage on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and milestones
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction infrastructure projects

- Practitioner-level understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. APM, Prince2)
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Experience in PWR design and operations (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office , Primavera P6 , and SZC systems such as Integrated Management System and Teamcenter (training provided)
- Familiarity with CEMAR contract management system is essential
- Professional memberships such as MAPM, RPP, MCIOB, or RICS are desirable (or working towards)

The Role
We’re looking for a HR Data and Reporting Coordinator to join our team and help drive the accuracy, clarity and impact of our organisational data. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our Organisational Change Form screening process, ensuring that changes to Sizewell C’s organisational structure and internal resources are properly recorded and assessed.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing Organisational Change submissions Management of Change (MoC) documentation to maintain high standards of quality and precision. A key part of your role will be maintaining the Nuclear and Environmental Baseline report requirements - a live record of nuclear safety responsibilities - and ensuring it aligns comply with training and competence data. You’ll also keep our organisational charts up to date and manage regular submissions to the regulators (ONR).
Your coordination skills will shine as you support Management of Change (MoC) Committee and regulatory meetings providing HR data as required prepare agendas, distribute documents, and capture minutes and actions. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute towards the design and delivery of training sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, focused on Nuclear Baseline and MoC content.
Bringing data to life is central to the HR Data and Reporting Coordinator role. You’ll develop and manage people dashboards using Power BI (or similar tools), enabling clear visualisation of key insights. You’ll produce monthly HR and people reports from multiple data sources, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely, relevant information.
As the main point of contact for our HR Information System (SuccessFactors by SAP), you’ll act as the SME on records management and electronic storage. You’ll also support the Resource Planning Lead in shaping long-term strategic and integrated resource plans to support the wider Sizewell C project.
Who you are…
Your background will include the following:
- Strong Excel skills, a heads for numbers and the ability to analyse data, identify errors and take corrective actions is essential.
- Experience of processing high volumes of data from multiple sources, amalgamation of data and then analysing it and drawing conclusions.
- Appreciation of how reports, metrics and documentation may be interpreted by different parties and stakeholders.
- The knowledge of and ability to apply quality assurance and control techniques to meet defined requirements is advantageous.
- Experience of taking personal accountability for solving problems and seeing them through.
- Ability to demonstrate pragmatism – knowing when flexibility to a procedural step can be given or not.
- Organised, excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

We are looking for an Organisational Capability Coordinator to join our Organisational Capability Team. In this role, you’ll help to manage a shared team mailbox reviewing and respond to organisational change and management requests.
We’re looking for someone to provide coaching and support to ensure consistency when implementing organisational changes, enabling our business to demonstrate that we have a capable organisation to maintain nuclear safety. You’ll receive full training on using our HR system and ensure all changes meet compliance standards.
Collaboration and efficiency is key. You’ll work closely with managers, HR Business Partners, and the wider HR team keeping stakeholders informed and updated throughout the process.

About the role
This is a critical leadership role within one of the UK’s most ambitious infrastructure projects.
As Site Regulatory Liaison & Assurance Manager , you will be at the forefront of ensuring Sizewell C operates safely, transparently, and in full compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations.
Reporting to the Head of Site Nuclear Compliance, you will lead the site’s engagement with Regulators and Statutory Consultees—managing all aspects of regulatory communication, from routine correspondence and reporting to the coordination of formal inspections and strategic meetings. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that the project meets its obligations under the Nuclear Site Licence (NSL), Development Consent Order (DCO), and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
You will oversee the planning and delivery of regulatory inspections, including challenging inspection scopes where appropriate, leading internal and external pre-meetings, and ensuring that all relevant project and contract partner representatives are fully briefed and prepared. Your leadership will be instrumental in demonstrating the project’s capability and commitment to compliance.
In addition, you will deputise for the Head of Site Nuclear Compliance when required, providing continuity and assurance in all regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory engagement and manage site inspection planning and delivery.
- Ensure timely closure of regulatory issues and findings.
- Act as SME for event categorisation and reporting, ensuring timely notifications to regulators.
- Develop and deliver an annual compliance check plan aligned with NSL and DCO requirements.
- Manage the site compliance assurance team and produce monthly compliance dashboards.
- Provide expert advice on NSL, planning, and lease obligations.
- Promote compliance awareness through coaching and mentoring.

We’re looking for a seasoned Site Delivery Lead – Civils to join the Sizewell C project, supporting the delivery of one of Europe’s largest low-carbon energy developments. This is a high-impact role, responsible for leading a major section of the site delivery footprint, encompassing heavy civils, concrete structures, marine works and complex infrastructure packages .
Working client-side within the Principal Contractor framework, you’ll provide leadership across capital works and civils delivery, ensuring safe, efficient progress on a scale rarely seen in the UK construction landscape. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage a team of senior managers responsible for the successful delivery of civils packages on site
- Oversee Principal Contractor duties in line with CDM regulations and SZC’s safety culture
- Manage cross-programme and alliance interfaces – including MEH and Civils alliances
- Drive delivery performance against key metrics – safety, schedule, budget, and scope
- Ensure integration of all site-based activities and interface management with key delivery functions
- Own the programme execution strategy for your area, working in alignment with the overall infrastructure delivery roadmap
- Influence and lead matrix teams including quality, safety, and technical assurance functions
- Escalate and resolve risks, resource challenges and delivery blockers
What you’ll bring:
- Deep experience in heavy civils , major infrastructure , marine civils , or tunnelling , construction ideally on mega projects
- Proven delivery in a Tier 1 contractor environment or in a client-side programme leadership role
- Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete structures, high-integrity formwork, deep foundations, or large-scale earthworks
- Strong track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Governance & Secretariat Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of Sizewell C’s Development Consent Order (DCO) governance obligations—specifically those outlined in the Deed of Obligation (DoO) with Suffolk County Council and East Suffolk Council.

Assurance Lead Mechanical
We are seeking a mechanically focused Assurance Lead to support the delivery of construction and maintenance works across SZC’s critical infrastructure. The Role
The Project Manager reports directly to a Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the direction and leadership of activities associated with the full life cycle delivery of a contract or work package assigned to them.
You'll be responsible to ensure delivery of all (or part of) the engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning activities for the life cycle of the contract or work package in accordance with the overall Project schedule. You’ll ensure planning and delivery is in accordance with all safety, quality, time and cost parameters to meet the needs of the Project.
Experience of working on Civil Engineering Projects as a PC or Client – Experience of Heavy Civils, Enabling Earthworks, Main Civil Works.Tunneling.
You’ll be primarily responsible for:
- Define the work scope to be delivered within the contract or package of work, including interfaces with other programme elements.
- Ensure the List of Deliverables (LOD) related to the scope of work is delivered.
- Lead and manage on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and milestones.
- Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale heavy civil infrastructure projects/ground works projects (value size approx. minimum £20 mil plus).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience in managing contractors, consultants, and other advisors throughout large and complex construction projects in a regulated environment, including NEC or FIDIC contracts.
- Significant experience in the development of programmes and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (Sizewell C has many internal and external stakeholders and interested parties with whom we must effectively engage and coordinate using positive dialogue).
- Experience with NEC contracts with multiprogram construction background.
- Detailed understanding of PWR design and experience in PWR operations.
- Intellectual capacity to deal with complex issues, ability to deliver contract scope within fast pace and changing environment.
- Experience at working in a heavily regulated environment.
It’d be great if you’ve got a qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree or chartered status in an engineering or construction, physics or other related field.
- Good knowledge in CDM regulations.
- Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or APM). Primavera P6.

What you’ll be doing  
The roles and responsibilities of a Nuclear Maintenance Technician include: 
- Reporting safety, environmental and plant issues in a timely manner.
- Ensuring maintenance activities do not adversely affect the environment and are carried out safely, in accordance with procedures.
- Updating procedures as required.
- Completing maintenance records and providing feedback on plant condition pre and post maintenance.
- Using feedback to improve the effectiveness of the maintenance programme.
You’ll also take an active role in your own development, participating in performance reviews and personal growth plans. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly support the reliability and safety of our operations.
Who you are  
A background in maintenance is essential, ideally with experience in power station or heavy industrial or manufacturing environments. You’ll need to have a time-served Maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent and be educated to GCSE and Ordinary National Qualification standards (or equivalent). Just as important is for you to have good organisational and communication skills, enthusiasm, be willing to develop and be determined to succeed.
Electrical Technicians  should be experienced in industrial electrical installation and maintenance work. You should have knowledge of Low and High Voltage switchgear, electrical testing, battery chargers and Uninterruptable Power Supplies. The installation and maintenance of DSEAR systems would be an advantage.
Control & Instrumentation Technicians  should have experience with flow, pressure, temperature and level transmitters and Programmable Logic Controllers. Experience in low voltage switchgear would be an advantage.
