Job Summary
To take ownership for the delivery of a first-class customer experience to all parties involved in the purchase of a new home from Taylor Wimpey.
To ensure sales meet or exceed target and profit is maximized for the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchase process.
- Becomes the reference point for the purchaser, and all other internal and external interested parties from the first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
- Promote and provide for the use of company-recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for the customer to achieve purchasing deadlines.
- Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
- Ensure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets.
- Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow-up leads to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by Taylor Wimpey.
- Undertake inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarization, and ensure the aftercare of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
- Ensure the health and safety of customers, colleagues and other parties while on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.
- Follow and adhere to company (procedures, standards of performance, and the business unit Sales Manual.
The role requires regular weekend and bank holiday working.

We’re looking for a Commission Analysis Professional to join the team and play a key role in designing and delivering motivational commission schemes for our frontline teams in Contact Centre Sales, Retail, and Care operations.
You’ll be responsible for creating simple, engaging commission structures that reward great customer outcomes and business success. You’ll set ambitious yet achievable targets, provide insightful analysis and investigations, and maintain robust commission systems with strong audit controls.
Furthermore, you’ll calculate commission payments and ensure colleagues have clear visibility of their earnings, supporting them with any commission-related queries and helping colleagues understand how their performance translates into commission.
What you’ll be doing
The role of a Commission Analysis Professional includes a range of responsibilities that will evolve in line with business and team priorities. Key tasks include :
1. Build and maintain regular data models that give recommendations for target setting and commission scheme design
2. Own and Produce ad hoc analysi s and insights to address problem statements and support business decisions and commission scheme development
3. Lead on projects using complex data to drive decision making and translate this into easy-to-understand presentations that form clear recommendations to key stakeholders
4. Support our customers in understanding their commission schemes each month through clear, engaging communications – ensuring they have the visibility needed to succeed
5. Calculate and audit commission payments in accordance with commission scheme design and rules
6. Design, build, maintain and evolve commission calculation systems that automate 95% of standard calculations
7. Manage the remaining 5% of calculations involving complex exceptions that require manual intervention
8. Provide simple intra-month commission statements to frontline teams, and demonstrate our personal values when handling any queries
9. Deliver all work with high accuracy and efficiency , ensuring timely visibility whilst getting payments right first time.

This is a newly created position due to our clients continual growth phase.
THE ROLE
- Liaise with partners and colleagues in order to deliver procurement activity effectively
- Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of public sector procurement regulations to ensure all outputs are fully compliant
- Provide procurement support on projects, strategic procurement activities (frameworks, DPS etc.) and call-off procurement activity
- Build long-term partnerships with Supply Chain Partners through clear, consistent management of projects during the delivery phase
- Provide monthly updates of project invoicing to enable the business to claim income and monitor ongoing Financial forecasting
- Research improved ways of working in order to achieve further efficiencies across the business function.
- Be able to utilise IT software packages to deliver all elements of our client’s procurement offer, particularly use of e-procurement portals.
- Undertake market and supply chain analysis.
- Undertake commercial and qualitative evaluations of various procurement projects
- Work effectively as a team member, actively managing all business accounts and progress with team members as appropriate.
- Represent our client in a professional and knowledgeable manner to all stakeholders, partners and potential members displaying a full understanding of the business.
- Attend and, where appropriate, lead meetings with team and third parties as appropriate, taking minutes when required.
- Arrange meetings/events as appropriate including organising venues, amenities, agendas, distribution of paperwork
- Excellent planning and organisational ability
- Housing or Construction background preferred but not essential.
- Excellent computer skills – particularly Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to speak articulately and confidently
- Ability to analyse information and use data effectively to inform decision making

Our Structural Engineers design structural frames and components for residential, commercial, public, and industrial buildings using materials like concrete, steel, masonry, and timber. They collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure functional and aesthetic structural designs. Preparing technical documentation, including drawings and calculations, ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements.
Attending site visits involves coordinating with contractors and engineers, addressing design queries during construction. Promoting sustainable design practices, supporting the use of low-carbon materials and efficient systems while meeting regulatory standards. As well as utilising software such as Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, Tekla, Rhino, and structural analysis tools for modelling and coordination.
Day-to-day activities could include:

The Sage Marketing Analytics and Automation team is a dynamic group of operations experts, analysts, data scientists, and technologists focused on driving growth through data-informed decisions. We partner with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver actionable insights across the customer journey. Our mission is to elevate marketing performance through automation, segmentation, and predictive analytics-powered by modern data infrastructure and cutting-edge tools.
Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our London, Winnersh or Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of BI developers to deliver data to maintain / extend Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across Marketing, while envisioning and creating new self-service insights through AI platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and GTM to develop segmentation strategies across platforms (CRM, CDP, etc.), defining segments using demographics, behavioural data, industry attributes, TAM lists, and predictive models. Oversee an off-shore team of BI developers at our agency partner to deliver this customer segmentation for campaigns.
- Redesign and scale our BI and segmentation capabilities, enabling marketing teams to make faster, more personalised decisions with AI-powered insights.
- Integrate agentic AI and machine learning into reporting, forecasting, and segmentation workflows.
- Ensure Sage's marketing data pipelines are fast, reliable, and built to support real-time decision-making across multiple teams, including revisioning ETL flows and semantic layers using Snowflake, DBT, Segment, and AWS technologies.
- Ensure data quality and governance.
- Oversee data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Implement archiving and deletion policies in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
- Manage a team of junior and senior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Work with third-party vendors to evaluate and implement data technologies that support Sage's marketing goals.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in data transformation and modelling techniques using tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and SQL.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Microsoft Fabric), including semantic modelling.
- Familiarity with version control and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
- Understanding of workflow automation and low-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar).
