  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor and polished presentation.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience with travel booking and expense management systems.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
