Solutions Consulting experience
· 8+ years’ experience in consulting, product or technical Microsoft advisory.
· Proven experience in designing and delivering Microsoft-based AI or data solutions.
· Strong understanding of Azure AI services, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
· Skilled at bridging business and technical domains, with excellent communication and consulting skills.
· Demonstrate functional expertise in Microsoft technologies, business processes, and cloud deployment.
· Brings an innovation mindset, crafting solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
Leadership experience
· Experience in managing client and partner relationships, focus on value, impact and drive successful outcomes.
· Skilled at leading and mentoring teams, taking responsibility for performance and development.

Certifications

Basic Qualifications
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- - 8+ years of consulting experience working with Data and AI/ML solutions and 8 + years of experience in developing long-term strategies around product/ solution roadmap with execution programs to deliver on envisioned strategy.
- - Recent and demonstrable hands-on experience with AI/ML workloads related to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, CV, GNN, or distributed training.
- - Ability to create compelling customer proposals and executive-level presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively in English, within technical and business settings.
Preferred Qualifications
- - AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, EMR, S3 and EC2). AWS Certification (Solution Architect Associate, Machine Learning Engineer Associate)
- - Working knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI and hands on experience in prompt engineering, deploying and hosting Large Foundational Models.
- - Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) and knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
