The Role
You’ll lead a large team of up to 85 across bar, restaurant, PDR, and events spaces. This is a commercially focused GM role with full autonomy over the P&L and all revenue streams. Ideal for someone from a private members’ club or premium hospitality background looking for a vibrant, high-energy, and multi-faceted operation.
You’ll be:
• Driving a high-volume site – currently £150k+ per week, with room to grow
• Leading and developing a large, high-performing team
