What you'll do
- Use your deep knowledge of Azure cloud services to design resilient, scalable and secure cloud environments covering the full breadth of the Azure platform
- Design and implement Azure Landing Zones to establish a scalable, secure and compliant foundation for deploying cloud services.
- Lead complex migrations for on-premises infrastructure, applications, and databases to Azure.
- Develop solutions for Edge and Hybrid scenarios by integrating Azure Stack and other technologies to extend Azure capabilities to on-premises environments and edge devices.
- Architect and deploy Cloud Native solutions using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

As a Sr. PCA you are a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to address customer challenges. As a technical SME, you will share knowledge within the organization, through mentoring, training, creation of reusable artifacts and process improvements.

Your experience in designing technical solutions within the technology/consulting sector, will equip you with the ability to architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer, translating technical concepts into business value. Your success as a Sr. PCA will be linked to impacting the signing of SOWs, and the successful implementation of solutions which achieve CBOs while exceeding customer satisfaction (CSAT) expectations.

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, designing and implementing cloud solutions

5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, design and technical domain

Experience in external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management

Experience in consulting/service sales, business development and technical Pre-sales experience

Bachelor's degree, or experience as technical specialist in design and architecture

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Scala, etc.) plus SQL. CI/CD experience and working knowledge of API development.

- Ability to lead technical teams and facilitating discussions regarding technical / architectural trade-offs, best practices and risk mitigation. This is a hands-on leadership role.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field with 3+ years experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Full-stack development experience e.g. React/Angular and integration with backend

- AWS experience or working knowledge of AWS partner solutions like Databricks or Snowflake

- Expertise of implementing GenAI in production including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases.

- Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python).
