Our client, a rapidly growing service business, is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to own their data strategy, drive insights and champion the rollout of a new ERP system. This is a hands-on role at the heart of their transformation and is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the business have access to accurate, real-time data which has a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of this fast-moving business.
Please note this role requires a full-time in-office presence, particularly for the first 6 months as the ERP implementation is completed. Thereafter there is some flexibility around wfh, however our client values their office culture and high levels of in-person collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the implementation and optimisation of a new ERP system.
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel to support operations, finance, and customer service.
- Support colleagues in the effective use of digital tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and smarter decision-making across Finance, Customer Services and Operations.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement around reporting and process improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record in commercial data analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and Power BI expertise.
- A knack for translating business needs into real-world solutions.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to act as a bridge between tech and non-tech teams.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data security best practice.

- Develop and validate geological models for exploration and production.
- Identify and assess potential hydrocarbon resources.
- Utilize advanced software for data processing and visualization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams remotely.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
