Our client, a rapidly growing service business, is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to own their data strategy, drive insights and champion the rollout of a new ERP system. This is a hands-on role at the heart of their transformation and is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity.

Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the business have access to accurate, real-time data which has a direct impact on the day-to-day operations of this fast-moving business.

Please note this role requires a full-time in-office presence, particularly for the first 6 months as the ERP implementation is completed. Thereafter there is some flexibility around wfh, however our client values their office culture and high levels of in-person collaboration.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of a new ERP system.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced Excel to support operations, finance, and customer service.
  • Support colleagues in the effective use of digital tools.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and smarter decision-making across Finance, Customer Services and Operations.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement around reporting and process improvement.

  • Strong SQL skills and Power BI expertise.
  • A knack for translating business needs into real-world solutions.

Our client, a leading innovator in the Oil & Gas sector, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Geoscientist with a specialization in data analysis. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK. You will play a pivotal role in interpreting complex geological data to identify potential hydrocarbon reserves and optimize extraction strategies. Your responsibilities will include processing, analyzing, and interpreting seismic, well log, and other subsurface data using advanced software tools. You will collaborate closely with exploration and production teams, providing crucial insights that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Geoscience, Geophysics, or a related field, coupled with substantial experience in quantitative geological analysis. Proficiency in industry-standard software packages such as Petrel, Kingdom Suite, or similar is essential. You should have a proven ability to develop predictive models, assess geological risks, and present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
