You will lead design projects from concept to implementation, mentor junior designers, and work closely with product managers, developers, and clients to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from user research and concept development to final UI implementation.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Create comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide a team of junior UX/UI designers, fostering their professional growth.
• Present design solutions and articulate rationale to clients and internal teams.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices within the agency.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of product design initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design across various platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, and their impact on design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and mentor a design team.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote collaboration with in-office engagement.
