What will you be doing?
As a Digital Transformation Manager, you'll work at your Customers sites using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden our operational teams face by automating the back office system.
You'll also work with the onsite management team to improve the quality and use of data to achieve operational and client requirements.
- You will own and rethink back office processes to continuously review and improve, so they are fit for purpose, accurate, and lean.
- You'll take ownership of operational data,and maintain it to the highest standard, making sure it is accurate and up to date.
- Develop and implement the latest advances in technology to drive the digitisation of our services.
- Support the implementation of our digital training strategy and deliver operational end-user training.
- You will support the delivery of a data-driven approach to service management where operational front-line managers have confidence in using Management Information systems to make better business decisions.
- Capturing requirements for both system changes and reporting improvements to ensure both are fit for purpose and are being used as efficiently as possible.
- Support our teams with service changes, which drive efficiency through routing improvements, using spatial (GIS) technology to assist.
- Manipulate large datasets to perform service analysis and as part of work on our operational systems.
What are we looking for?
- Degree level qualification in Science, Business, Information Systems, Environmental Sciences OR Geographical Information Science
- Able to work independently.
- Proven experience in operational or analytical management supporting business change.
- You will have a high problem solving ability.
- Solid relationship management and excellent communication skills; to provide information confidently and enable the end-user to understand complex data analysis. (The ability to make the complex simple for end users).
- Strong data skills and use of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Desirable: A practical understanding of Power BI, SQL, GIS.

Our client is an international engineering group that is expanding globally.
Based from the West London HQ we are searching for a Digital Transformation professional to lead the business wide digital initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of Digital Transformation specialists responsible for developing the digital landscape and efficiencies across the organisation
- Work closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to define the digital roadmap and secure buy-in and collaboration
- Project & Program Management - assessment, planning and execution of digital transformation projects maximising potential throughout. Leading project’s scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resourcing, progress reports / KPI’s and ensuring projects are successfully delivered on time and budget
- IT - assess existing technology and processes and devise upgrade plans / changes to digitize. Work closely with internal IT and 3rd parties to ensure systems and processes are efficient, scalable, compliant and provide the best solution for the business
- Partnering - working closely with multiple business units to partner and support the digital journey
- Ensure successful adoption of new digital technologies, processes, and systems across the organisation, and an efficient user experience
- Foster a culture of digital literacy and continuous learning by facilitating training programs and workshops
- Lead Change Management - address concerns, mitigate resistance, and inspire the business to own and embrace new digital solutions
- Risk Management & Compliance - Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles associated with digital initiatives. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Educated to Bachelors in a Business / IT related subject - Specific digital qualifications and Masters and advantage
- At least 7 years digital transformation experience including 2+ years leading a team of specialists
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex digital projects for a large global group
- Deep knowledge of digital technologies including cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, machine learning, IoT, data analytics and reporting, and automation
- Expert communicator with ability to partner with senior leaders / business and translate technical concepts into business friendly language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent project management skills, including experience with various methodologies (agile, waterfall.)

Marlowe Fire and Security Group are a fast-growing business, with multiple acquisitions annually, this role is to expand the team due to additional workload within the Digital Transformation area, as a company built on acquisitions, we have many system/solutions in use which this position will work with to find synergies and efficiencies with processes to align into company standards.
The development of processed may evolve, we would see this position heavily involved in the business analysis for alignment of these solutions across the group, which will involve some regular travel and overnight stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within the IT development team, aiding the alignment and integration teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ever changing workloads, to deadlines as set by the business, able to work as part of a team, and/or independently without close supervision
- Provide support to colleagues utilising the company systems and create policies for use, and training materials.
- Undertake analysis of current processes, and propose, create and rollout agreed best practice solutions for efficiency and economies of scale
- Work with the development team to provide efficiency gains when these have been identified.
- Ability to present to teams of people across the company, and tease out current process, and how they feel this could be made better, priorities these, and project manage to completion.
- Develop training materials, including courses which can be used to train out the new processes across the wider group.
