Responsibilities:- Handle all online enquiries with professionalism, ensuring customer expectations are met and that our brand is well-represented.

- Maximize workshop capacity through central service booking processes via both inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
- Respond to all customer contacts in a friendly and timely manner, recording necessary information to aid in effective customer relationship management.
- Meet and exceed online enquiry service levels, ensuring prompt, quality responses.
- Maximize opportunities to upsell specified products, such as Service Care, when appropriate.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of compliance.

We are looking to recruit within our Digital investment team in Manchester. Our team handles the planning, buying and activation of online media advertising for a range of clients. We plan and buy on any website (outside of social media) as well as platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Netflix, Amazon etc.
Our clients brief us with a budget, a goal and an audience, it’s then our job to recommend the technology, data, creative formats and buying route to best solve our clients challenge.
It’s important to note we don’t create the creative or the messaging ourselves, we are online strategy and technology focused.
The Account Executive’s role is to support the direct team in the day to day running of client campaigns, breaking down across four core areas:
Knowledge Development:
- Develop a critical understanding of media owner / partners propositions and opportunities – developing thoughts around which clients these are most appropriate for
- Within this start to develop media owner relationships
- Share this knowledge within team, expressing opinion within the various forums or outlets we host, distribute of participate in
Campaign set up and activation:
- Understanding how to brief clients / creative agencies on creative requirement
- Tailored specs to meet creative requirements of the given brief
- Accurate production of creative media plans, within Prisma (our booking tool) a to send to the tech team for tracking tag creation
- Wrapping of creative tags with ad-verification tags (DoubleVerify )
- The settings for which should be determined by the account holder, on the back of client risk tolerance profiling
Client reporting:
- Ability to run basic raw data reports from Campaign Manager and the respective ad-verification platforms (DoubleVerify), for the purposes of weekly client reporting and also ad-hoc, i.e. delivery pacing, campaign hygiene checking etc
- Financial process management
