- In-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent understanding of the specific needs and challenges faced by the elderly.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic IT skills.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle may be advantageous for certain duties.
