  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement specialists, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and proposals for stakeholders and clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project development and implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on design and engineering.
  • Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., IEC, ISO, grid connection codes).
  • Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, PVSyst, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • A passion for sustainability and renewable energy is essential.
