Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair field service equipment at customer sites
- Have experience with wall mounting. Experience within the industry would be advantageous.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in field service technology
Qualifications:
- Experience in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

General Summary
