- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or chartered engineer status is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered schemes.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and CAD software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
