Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or chartered engineer status is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering projects, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered schemes.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and CAD software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
