Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's or Ph.D. in Horticulture, Plant Science, Agronomy, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in horticultural research and development, with a strong focus on sustainable production systems, is essential. Proven expertise in areas such as controlled environment agriculture (CEA), hydroponics, or vertical farming is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of plant physiology, crop nutrition, and integrated pest management is required. Experience with data analysis and statistical software is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for research dissemination and remote collaboration.
