Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness coaching or a related health and wellness role. Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and behavioral change theories. Excellent virtual communication and client engagement skills. Proficient with online coaching platforms and tools. Ability to work autonomously and manage a client caseload remotely.
