In this role as Rapid Response Cleaner, you will be guaranteed 40 hours per week covering a large area with a significant amount of driving each day.

This role will offer flexibility in scheduling to help balance work and personal commitments.

You’ll be equipped with brand-new tools and modern cleaning methods, plus a company van and fuel card for business use, along with a uniform, mobile phone, and PPE to help you work safely and efficiently.

Job Description

As a Rapid Response Cleaner, you will play a vital role in supporting the business across all aspects of self-delivered activities within the aligned UK sector.

Working alongside both direct and indirect account teams, you’ll help ensure effective service delivery and frontline compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide BAU cover for cleaners’ absence, carrying out standard site cleaning
  • li>Handle reactive jobs from the help desk, such as spillages or sickness clean-ups, prioritised by urgency
  • Work from the weekly planned schedule, but adjust for reactive tasks
  • Receive training in Pure Space cleaning methods and equipment, including backpack vacuums and van kits
  • Significant driving is required and must be understood before starting

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Cleaning experience not essential – backgrounds such as care, nurseries, or warehouses welcome

What you'll be doing:
Your role would be to provide support and care to elderly residents within the residential homes. The position offers long days or night (wakes) shifts.
As a care assistant, you will support elderly residents whilst supporting their daily needs and maintaining their safety and independence. Additionally, you will support elderly individuals with their mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and physical health through support, inclusion, personal care and everyday needs.
On agency, you also have the opportunity to get involved with various clients including learning disabilities, hostels, homelessness, children and young people, mental health and more by encouraging people to live their lives to the fullest.

Requirements:

  • 6 months UK based care experience in the last year OR a year in the last 5 years
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
  • Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks

  • Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
