- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase value.
- Identify and research new leads for potential opportunities.
Administration & Team Support
- Manage customer returns, demos, special orders, and service requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Provide vital administrative support to the team of 7 Business Development Managers
Requirements
