You will also be involved in piloting new curricula and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Facilitating professional development workshops for educators on curriculum implementation and best practices may also be part of the role. Strong project management skills are required to manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field. Significant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program management is required. A deep understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and diverse pedagogical strategies is essential. Proficiency in developing educational content for various delivery methods, including online, blended, and face-to-face, is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset are crucial. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
