The Operations Manager role has been introduced to secure greater accountability and to ensure that teams deliver high quality programmes ensuring the young people get swift and personalised interventions to secure sustainable outcomes.
The post holder will work with a range of education providers such as schools, FE colleges, training providers and community organisations.
The Operations Manager will work diligently to create opportunities that add value and enhance the current Post 16 provision in a range of settings and ensure that all elements of the programmes are compliant and in place to include work experience, placements, apprenticeships etc.
