About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a confident and capable Logistics Coordinator to join a dynamic Time Critical team based in Redditch. This is an office-based role where you’ll take charge of ensuring vital shipments move from A to B—efficiently, cost-effectively, and most importantly, on time. Whether it’s by air, road, or hand-carry, you’ll be the calm in the chaos, coordinating critical deliveries and keeping customers informed every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing in this Logistics Coordinator role
  • Booking and tracking UK/EU and international shipments

  • Managing and resolving line stoppage emergencies like a pro
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Maintaining clear communication with customers and providing updates
  • Closing out job files, chasing PODs and required documentation
  • Monitoring KPIs and maintaining system data accuracy
  • Collaborating with warehouse, operations, and accounts to ensure smooth workflows
  • Always keeping one eye on cost-effectiveness and profit margins
What We’re Looking For in this Logistics Coordinator role
    < i>A transport/logistics background – UK, EU or international (European planning experience is essential) < i>High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, reactive environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, and databases)
  • Highly organised with a “can-do” attitude and a team-first mindset
  • A second language is a plus, but not essential
  • CPC qualification is a bonus
  • Some weekend work required on a rota basis
