We require a Junior Logistics Controller to join our team supporting the process of managing stock, ordering and deliveries by a major paint supplier in Crewe.

- Oversee stock rotation.
- Perform mandatory stock audits.
- Help ordering of all materials.
- Ensure 100% of the time the site is furnished with products to ensure zero line stops attributable to PPM.
- Maintain all paint material receiving records.
- Check return paint stock levels.
- Prioritise paint samples for spray out.
- Email batch approvals.
- Paint availability spreadsheet.
- Batch planning.
- Consumption reports.
- Order spreadsheets.
- Weekly stock takes.
- Unloading deliveries.
- Putting away deliveries received.
- FLT use (once training is provided)
- Carry out any other reasonable requests/duties made by the Supervisor or Line Manager.

About the role:
Deliver LGV Licence Acquisition training to a high standard, ensuring candidates are fully prepared for their tests.
Conduct training sessions at our centre and at various customer sites.
Assess and support drivers through Driver Assessor and NRI programmes.
Provide Yard Shunter training and other related training as required.
Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Represent the company professionally at all times and provide excellent customer service
Hold a valid LGV licence and have substantial driving experience.
Previous instructor or training experience is highly desirable, but not essential as training can be provided.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards.
Flexibility regarding working hours, including early starts and occasional weekends.
