Position Overview

You will work closely with customers globally, backed up with your own capabilities and expertise, to influence current & future development initiatives. You will work closely with Fusion product teams, to ensure we are validating software capabilities, in close collaboration with our Birmingham Technology center. All with the goal of representing our customers' perspective within Autodesk.
You will report to the Manager of Fusion Customer Advocacy - The position is a Birmingham-based, hybrid position.
Responsibilities
· Connect and engage with Fusion customers to drive adoption for new technology and workflows
· Demonstrate the understanding of the interconnected flow of digital data from one or multiple sources throughout lifecycle; from ideation through design, manufacturing, and operation, service, and end of life
· Provide customer feedback and insights to key product stakeholders
· Test and validate new functionality, maximizing customer trust and release quality
· Validate our capabilities in-product while certifying end-to-end workflows, in close collaboration with our Birmingham Technology Center.
· Upskill and showcase our technology to our customers, our partner network and internally across Autodesk
· Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts who represent all areas of Fusion, while embodying the Autodesk Culture Code · Travel internationally as required
Minimum Qualifications
· 5+ years relevant experience in a Manufacturing Operations focused role
· Experience using MES software in a production environment
· Experience with Manufacturing facility monitoring preferred
· A basic knowledge of networking and CNC controls
· Excellent communicator and relationship builder
· A problem solver with a drive to do the best for our customers
· Comfortable and confident presenter/public speaker

The consultant will independently deliver on the following services:
Scope 1: Field Development- Generate and evaluate development concepts based on updated production and geoscience data.
- Support cost estimation and facilitate concept selection processes.
- Lead process design activities from concept through to start-up.
- Produce and review process engineering deliverables to support project progression.
- Provide technical input to vendor and contractor packages and review their deliverables.
- Collaborate with Operations and other disciplines to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to project scheduling, cost estimation, and reporting.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure final process documentation is identified and handed over at project close-out.
- Review existing facility designs and operations for late-life assets.
- Identify and propose pragmatic solutions to improve crude export performance.
- Document and progress improvement opportunities through process deliverables.
- Support selected solutions from concept to start-up, including technical input and deliverable production.
- Interface with Operations and other disciplines to ensure project clarity and momentum.
Requirements
The ideal consultant will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in onshore/offshore oil & gas process engineering.
- Proven experience in field development planning and late-life asset optimisation.
- Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas processing equipment and systems.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project scopes.
- A track record of delivering innovative, safe, and practical engineering solutions.
- Proficiency in process simulation tools such as Unisim , Flare System Analyser , and Flaresim .
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**The Manufacturing Manager:**
Reporting to the Operations director the incumbent will lead and integrate the existing Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST), Liquid Supplements and Freeze Dried Supplements teams to create a single autonomous Operational Cell.
The role holder will be accountable for manufacture of ASTs along with Liquid and freeze dried supplest supporting revenue of approximately $70M dollars.

Lead and mentor the team to ensure high-quality and timely product manufacturing, elevating performance through effective partnerships and mentoring.
Oversee department spending within a £2.5M budget, developing financial/capital spend arguments to ensure business benefits.
Drive performance using a tiered accountability process and problem-solving tools, leading critical metrics to reviews to identify gaps and implement countermeasures.
Incorporate Lean Leadership practices like Visual Management, Stand-Up Meetings, GEMBA Walks, and Leader Standard Work, using lean techniques to eliminate waste and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure a flexible, trained team with comprehensive training and cross-training, mentoring your team promoting colleague engagement and accountability.
