Fantastic opportunity to join the in-house team for a fast-growing company in the live events industry, specialising in providing exclusive experiences to fans worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dynamic, emotionally engaging content across music, sports, and live events
- Capture a full spectrum of moments-from iconic highlights to raw behind-the-scenes footage
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Producer and Editor to bring creative campaigns to life
- Lead and support filming in various environments-studios, stadiums, backstage areas, and on the street
- Operate with agility and independence, maintaining creativity and focus under pressure
Skills & Experience
- Strong reel/portfolio showcasing your talent
- Sharp instinct for capturing the perfect shot - from composition and movement to mood and atmosphere
- You've shot in live music or live sport environments
- Skilled across a range of formats: handheld, rigged, GoPro, drone - whatever tells the story best
- Driven by authentic fan energy - raw, real, and far from polished ads
- Adaptable and resourceful - able to work with limited light, tight timelines, and restricted access
- Thrives in fast-paced, unpredictable environments - ready to react and shoot on the fly

Salary Range: 28,000-30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time | 12-15 Month Maternity Cover

Are you a detail-driven professional with a knack for coordination and logistics? A renowned event photography company is looking for a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their vibrant team on a 12 to 15-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities
- Strategically match photographers to events based on skill-set, location, and availability using a custom scheduling platform.
- Coordinate cost-effective travel and lodging for both UK and international shoots.
- Organise and maintain photography gear and company vans, ensuring readiness and reliability.
- Keep DBS checks up to date and ensure all documentation is properly managed.
- Foster strong relationships with photographers and internal departments through clear, timely communication.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or scheduling (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
- A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail
