THE ROLE
As Research Manager, you’ll own projects end-to-end — from questionnaire design and fieldwork management to analysis, reporting, and client presentations. You’ll work across political, social, and commercial briefs, with the opportunity to explore AI-enabled tools and cutting-edge methodologies.

- Manage and deliver quantitative research projects from brief through to insight delivery.
- Design questionnaires, oversee fieldwork, and produce compelling analysis and visualisations.
- Lead client communications, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
- Support proposals, pitches, and business development activities.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team process improvements.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- ~4 years’ experience in quantitative research, ideally within social or political sectors.
- Strong understanding of political polling, public opinion research, and behavioural insights.
- Proven data analysis and visualisation skills; knowledge of R or Python advantageous.
- Excellent project management and client relationship skills.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to adopt innovative research methods.

THE ROLE:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of quant studies such as tracking, segmentation, conjoint, and demand analyses
- Manage timelines, client relationships, and project outputs with autonomy
