Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging, high-quality content (visuals, copy, video) for all social platforms.
  • Manage social media calendars and posting schedules.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering positive engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Analyse social media performance data and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Manage the social media budget effectively.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media marketing, specifically within e-commerce.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive significant growth.
  • Expertise in managing major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics software.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and e-commerce.
