**Role Overview:**
Individuals in Operational Risk establish and manage operational risk policies, propose strategies, and governance processes designed to minimize losses from inadequate controls, fraud, and potential bankruptcy. This includes supervision over technology operational risk, cyber risk, and fraud risk. These individuals are also responsible for the development of tools and infrastructure that support fraud monitoring and prevention, using advanced analytical and statistical skills to identify policy gaps and recommend changes to current policies. This role is crucial to the company as it fortifies against potential operational risks, thereby protecting the company's financial stability and reputation, and contributing towards the overall business resilience and success.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Manage WITA External Information Systems - Entitlements Only (EIS-EO) Applications, acting as the main point of contact for the application and responsible for the upkeep of their CSI record to reflect any changes to the underlying application.
+ Support PBIO on risk remediation including resolution to issues and CAPs.
+ SME user of the application, who would know who to contact to answer specific questions on the application, and/or answering the questions themselves.
+ Reaches out to the Vendor if required to initiate support activities
+ Responsible for meeting the technical requirements of their Information System.
+ Represent business leadership to coordinate and facilitate Third-Party Risk Management activities.
+ Evaluate current market conditions and provide insight on trends/issues that could impact the business by external third parties.
+ Advise the BAO on risk assessment for third parties and reassess as required; identify significant relationship changes to trigger risk assessment updates.
+ Verify compliance of third parties with required policies and controls.
+ Partner with business operations, technology teams, and internal functions to conduct on-site visits of third parties, as required.
+ Maintain and update Citi's Exit Strategy Plans as required; collaborate with business contacts to establish risk mitigation activities when the exit strategy poses significant risk to Citi.
+ Interact with third parties on escalations of non-performance and contractual issues to drive resolution when appropriate.
+ Monitor third party performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) through Citi Performance Management Assessment (PMA) process.
+ Verify proper execution and upload of Third-Party contracts (e.g., Statements of Work) in Citi's Contract Management System (eSourcing), collaborate with the Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) organization if renegotiations are required.
+ Review, prioritize, assess, and act on results of Third-Party Risk Management assessments/controls with support from various internal functions, in conjunction with business and operations teams.
+ Facilitate remediation of issues or gaps identified as part of ongoing monitoring.
+ Define risk mitigation strategies and risk exceptions based on the business's risk appetite.
+ Provide thought leadership to drive supplier optimization and efficiencies based on third parties' risk profiles, performance, and market trends.
+ Standardize SLAs performance monitoring measures for like services, where possible.
+ Liaise with the ESC Third Party Utility to review and respond to centrally conducted third-party risk management activities.
+ When making business decisions, assess risk, uphold the firm's reputation, and protect Citigroup, its clients, and assets. This involves adhering to laws, rules, and policies, applying ethical judgment, and managing control issues transparently.

**Team/Role Overview**
The Audit Manager is responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments. Side by side job shadowing and coaching with your team will be combined with the opportunity to work with counterparts in one of the world's largest investment banks. You will be part of the Transaction Management pillar, responsible for capturing the key terms and conditions of loans, ensuring that Citi's systems and processes are capable of managing these loans, and then monitoring them throughout their lifecycle, engaging with various teams including Risk, Banking & CRMS to ensure that Citi makes the best decisions and flawlessly services the loans.
This role will develop a strong understanding of credit risk management and identifying continuous improvements around how this is done through use of automation and technology.
Your time here will look something like this.
+ Actively managing and maintaining a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions
+ Coordinating and closing loan transactions/lifecycle events, capture data, store documentation, troubleshoot issues/roadblocks, perform quality control
+ Working with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to ensure all stakeholders have end to end transparency
+ Constantly improving processes, controls and efficiencies within the group and front to back across loan lifecycle
+ Participating in projects to enhance performance and efficiency
Qualifications

**Role Overview/What will you do:**
This role will manage requirements, dependencies, communication and engagement across multiple areas to define and drive a holistic solution. A broad understanding of Markets products and lifecycles with the ability to quickly grasp detail is essential. Our stakeholders and partners are based at Citi sites globally.
Core activities will be to:
+ Requirements Elicitation: Gather and analyze business requirements, translating strategic objectives into tangible deliverables and measurable outcomes. + Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain documentation related to projects, processes, and achieved business outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders that clearly demonstrate the impact of implemented solutions on business objectives.

**Key Skills and Experience required:**
This role is varied and will provide exposure to different parts of our Markets business for ongoing career development. To get started we are looking for:
+ Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a demonstrable track record of delivering projects that achieve measurable business outcomes. Project experience in Financial Services domain.
+ Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Financial Markets products and services and wider-Banking domains will provide the ability to credibly challenge and drive solutions. An understanding of how technology solutions are critical to business outcomes within these domains is essential.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to think critically and strategically about how solutions contribute to business outcomes. Uses strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
+ Data Skills: Demonstrable experience in working with large data sets in Excel or more advanced tools and ability to drive insights from data.
+ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, connecting technical solutions to business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong diplomacy skills to resolve and influence conflicting views.
+ Technical Skills: This role sits within Citi Technology and the ability to think, design and communicate in a way that considers solution Engineering is important.
+ Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

An outstanding candidate would also have exposure to:
+ Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Operations flows within a Capital Markets business

**Team/Role Overview**
The Technology Senior Auditor is an intermediate level role responsible for performing moderately complex audits and assessments of Citi's risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. **Team/Role Overview**
