The Role:

The successful candidate will join an innovative and dynamic team, advising on a diverse range of matters including commercial contracts, technology, data protection, IP, and regulatory matters.


The candidate will play a key role in high-profile transactions, advising a variety of national and international clients on commercial and technology matters. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.


Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong background in commercial law, data protection, or digital regulation. Background in two or more areas highly desirable;
  • Strong academics;
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness;
  • Technically excellent;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Supervisory skills;
  • Willingness to become involved in business development;
