**Structured Trading Group (STG)** is the main hub for Structured Products at MUFG. The desk is responsible for the structuring, trading and management of Structured Derivatives in Interest Rates, FX and Hybrid products. **MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
Main structurer in the STG department with the objectives of Franchise Development through dedicated client service in pricing, structuring and idea generation that enhance values. Manage risks associated with the business. Work in partnership with sales, trading and cross departmental partners to deliver a sustainable, client focused business.

The Role
We’re seeking a driven VP to launch Hengbao’s presence in Europe, and drive rapid growth across BFSI, fintech, and/or telecommunications in Europe. **Reporting & Compliance:**

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
10+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of risk management functions, including market risk, credit risk, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in budget management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment with competing priorities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Basel III, IFRS 9, CCAR, DORA and other risk regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

The role of the IPR department is to ensure communication and liaison with Head Office (HO) in Tokyo, for both Bank and Securities, as well as accountability for EMEA Technology wide reporting, management of resourcing processes, management of asset processes and administration of wider planning processes including annual budget planning.
The Risk & Pele Portfolio is part of the Project Promotion team which handle to deliver EMEA project within the planned schedule and budget.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
To lead and oversee the project of MUS Risk projects within the Risk Portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of risk management-related initiatives, ensuring projects align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Project Management for MUS Risk area:**
Lead and manage the all of MUS Risk projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Run and manage steering committees (if required), working groups (cross functional) and ensure accountability of actions against planned timelines.
Drive project governance, ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best practices.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
Apply subject matter expertise and experience to challenge the delivery of all projects and programmes.
**Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:**
Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Project Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide regular status reports and updates to governance committees, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Be a trusted partner functional stakeholders and Planning department ensuring updates, issues and consensus is effectively managed and delivered.
**Reporting & Compliance:**
Ensure accurate and timely portfolio reporting to regulatory and internal oversight bodies.
Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting market and credit risk management functions.
Manage the project costs against budget and report status update on the project budget.
**WORK EXPERIENCE**
10+ years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of risk management functions, including market risk, credit risk, and regulatory compliance.
Proven experience in budget management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment with competing priorities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Basel III, IFRS 9, CCAR, DORA and other risk regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Experience in working with risk analytics, data governance, risk technology solutions.
