We’re seeking a User Experience & Digital Designer to enhance and maintain our online platforms, while also contributing to the creation of branded materials. This role involves close collaboration across departments, particularly with the Marketing team and the Tech/Transformation team, and it includes regular interaction with senior management.
Passionate and motivated people are the power behind our growth so we’re looking to expand our team and you could be part of our success story.
Responsibilities- Managing and creating pages for our websites (Energy, Group, Smart, Charge)
- Knowledge of SEO frontend and backend improvements
- Reviewing and developing screens for My Account online portal and quote tool
- Sug gesting User Experience Improvements
- Initiating and monitoring A/B tests
- Updating Marketing Cloud cloud pages
- Designing branded material (Branded documents, brochures, invites etc.)
- Creating banners for social posts and newsletters
- Ordering/handling event merch
- Management of branded assets
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Website Design, or an equivalent field
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Digital Designer, UX Designer, or a similar role
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with WordPress (Divi CMS is a bonus)
- Fluent in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Figma and wireframing tools
- Understanding of analytical and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
- Familiar with SEO auditing tools (Semrush, Google Search Console, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Designer with a strong background in video animation, graphic design, and 3D design to join our creative team. You will be responsible for crafting engaging visual content that brings our brand, products, and community experiences to life across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Video & Motion Graphics
- Create compelling animated videos, trailers, promotional, explainer videos, and motion graphics for product launches, events, and community engagement.
- Design animations that align with our brand voice and Web3 aesthetic.
- Graphic Design
- Develop marketing assets including banners, infographics, social media visuals, events collaterals, presentations, and branding materials.
- Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML) to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine deliverables.
- 3D Design
- Develop 3D assets such as animations, graphic design assets and reusable templates for use in marketing material.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to design visual content.
- Stay current with trends in Web3, digital art, and multimedia to drive innovation in design.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new tools, including AI and advanced 3D software, into design workflows.
- Willingness to adapt and compromise when balancing creative vision with business or technical constraints.
- Maintains transparency in workflow, progress updates, and decision-making processes to build team trust.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, video animation, Generative AI and 3D design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Figma
- AI generative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway)
- 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) (a plus)
- Project management (Airtable, Notion, Trello) (a plus)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to clearly present design ideas, accept feedback, and explain visual decisions to stakeholders.
- Solid portfolio showcasing your animation, graphic, and 3D design work.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and the Web3 ecosystem (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Ability to be proactive and make themselves involved, identify new creative ways to help support the brand.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously seeks to improve skills through self-directed learning, experimentation, or feedback, especially in areas like, graphic design, 3D design, motion graphics, or AI-related tools.
- Open-minded and adaptable, with a growth mindset and willingness to step outside of comfort zones to learn new techniques or processes.
- Thrives in a flexible, non-traditional work environment and comfortable managing their own schedule, collaborating across time zones, and delivering results without strict 9–5 boundaries.
