We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Creative & Design team and help us translate strategies into innovative ideas and inspiring stories people want to hear. You’ll work across a rich variety of clients and briefs — from identity systems and landing pages to digital platforms and apps — always with quality, creativity and impact in mind.

This is a role for someone who thrives on switching gears between UX thinking and design creativity, and who gets energy from collaboration, ideation and problem-solving.

Our working arrangements require four days per week in the office as a minimum. This is a deliberate and thoughtful choice aligned with our emphasis on collaboration, creativity and culture — the things that make Poppins, Poppins.

About the Opportunity

As a UX/UI Designer you’ll:

• Contribute to UX, UI and prototyping across your portfolio of clients, with coaching and support from our Lead UX/UI Designer.
• Actively participate in (and sometimes lead) design workshops, brainstorms and interaction design sessions.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes that bring experiences to life.
• Use Figma daily, mastering the latest developments to improve quality and efficiency.
• Present research findings, conceptual ideas and design rationale — both visually and verbally
• Support and mentor junior members of the team, including interns.

This role places you close to the user, uncovering needs through research and developing concepts that define how people interact with the experiences we design.

Looking ahead, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a Senior UX/UI Designer position, with greater ownership of projects and client engagement.

About You

You’ll be creative and collaborative — with a passion for technology and design, bringing:

• Experience working with user-centred design principles.
• Strong skills in interaction design, prototyping, design systems and Figma.
• Curiosity to experiment with, and use the latest AI design tools.
• An appreciation for more than one area of the design landscape (e.g. research, visual design, content).
• An eye for detail and a passion for producing work of the highest quality.
• Enthusiasm for cross-team working and the pragmatism to deliver on multiple projects at pace.

This role won’t suit someone who wants to stay in one lane or specialise too narrowly. We need a designer who can flex between UX and UI and is comfortable with the variety, pace and pragmatism of agency life.
