We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the visual transformation of our client's brand across all digital surfaces. The role has a primary focus on the website, campaigns, landing pages, and product marketing whilst also leading a team.

THE ROLE↘
We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the conceptual creative output and direction of Boulder Creative Studios. Following a hefty repositioning of our studio and WIP re-brand (Live in Sept 25!), we are entering a phase of growth that requires a specific type of creative leader. A candidate who has the experience and confidence to push the creative integrity and quality of the studio forward, but also with an entrepreneurial mindset that understands the shifting landscape of the creative industry and the requirement for agencies and studios to adapt with the times in order to thrive.
Most importantly we need a Creative Director who shares our ambition for becoming the world’s best creative partner for science + tech brands. Someone who relishes the challenge of taking complex topics/products/services and turning them into utterly compelling, original and arresting creative campaigns.
The candidate will be responsible for line managing a midweight creative as well as collaborating with the Motion + Design Director to oversee creative development as it moves through the design and animation studio. In addition they will have a close working relationship with the Managing Director, Strategy Director and Client Services Director to ensure creative concepts and development are delivering on the required objectives and insights.
You’ll oversee tentpole projects, support the creative output across smaller briefs, and play a key role in shaping the creative reputation of the studio across the industry.
