You’ll lead and inspire a team of world-class creatives, shaping work that drives culture, fuels conversation, and makes brands impossible to ignore. You’ll give feedback that builds both craft and confidence, share your thinking generously, and foster a culture where ambition meets belonging.
This role is as much about influence as it is about inspiration . You bring creative firepower, strategic sharpness, commercial awareness, and human leadership together in one powerful package, setting the pace not just for the agency, but for the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Client Collaboration: Partnering with brands to push creative boundaries, translating their vision into social content that people actually care about.
- Trendspotting & Cultural Insight: Keeping Fabric Social ahead of the game, identifying shifts in culture, platform behavior, and internet phenomena before they go mainstream.
- Executional Excellence: Overseeing the creation of high-quality social content, from campaign ideation to final delivery, ensuring platform-native execution.
- Strategic Thinking: Working closely with strategy and community teams to make sure creative doesn’t just look good - it works.
- Communication & Persuasion: Clearly articulating ideas, selling concepts to clients, and rallying both internal teams and external stakeholders around bold creative visions.
- New Business & Pitch Leadership: Supporting and occasionally leading new business pitches from a creative perspective - crafting standout concepts, building compelling decks, and confidently selling ideas to prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For
- A Social-First Creative Mind. You live and breathe social. You instinctively know what will pop on a feed and why.
- A Visionary. You don’t just follow trends - you want to make them. You bring a fresh perspective to social creativity.
- A Natural Leader. You’ve led creative teams before and know how to get the best out of people.
- A Strong Storyteller. Whether it’s a two-second TikTok hook or a full campaign narrative, you know how to craft compelling brand stories.
- A Platform Expert. You understand the nuances of each social platform, from algorithmic quirks to cultural communities.
- A Hands-On Doer. You’re not just here to direct; you’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- An Agency Pro. Experience working at a social-first or creative agency, leading work for major brands.
What You’ll Get
- The chance to help define the creative vision of a fast-growing, rule-breaking social agency.
- A seat at the table, working with brands that want to push boundaries in social.
