- Developing training programs and educational materials on AI ethics and responsible AI practices for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with legal, compliance, engineering, and product teams to integrate ethical considerations into business processes.
- Monitoring emerging trends and developments in AI ethics, policy, and technology, and advising the leadership team accordingly.
- Establishing mechanisms for stakeholder engagement and feedback on AI ethics issues.
- Leading cross-functional working groups focused on responsible AI innovation.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on AI ethics and governance, both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or a related discipline, with a strong focus on AI ethics, technology policy, or governance. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a role related to technology ethics, responsible AI, compliance, or policy development is required. Demonstrable expertise in AI technologies, machine learning principles, and their societal implications is essential. Experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks, risk management processes, and regulatory compliance strategies is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ethical and technical concepts to diverse audiences, are paramount.
