Job Description
We are seeking a highly focused and responsible Air Traffic Controller to manage the safe and orderly flow of air traffic in controlled airspace and on the ground at airports. The ideal candidate will ensure aircraft maintain safe distances from one another and provide clear instructions to pilots during all phases of flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Monitor and direct the movement of aircraft on the ground and in assigned airspace using radar, radio communication, and visual references.

Provide pilots with clearances, instructions, and flight information to ensure safe takeoffs, landings, and en-route operations.

Coordinate with adjacent control centers and airport operations for seamless traffic transitions.

Issue weather updates, runway changes, and emergency information to pilots as required.

Maintain real-time situational awareness of aircraft positions and respond promptly to any conflicts or emergencies.

Document flight movements, incidents, and operational data accurately in logbooks or systems.

Adhere strictly to national and international aviation regulations (e.g., ICAO, FAA, CAA) and internal protocols.

Participate in training, simulations, and certification updates as per regulatory requirements.

Work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments with a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or diploma in Air Traffic Management or a related field.

Valid Air Traffic Controller License issued by a recognized aviation authority.

Successful completion of ATC training from an accredited institution.

Excellent spatial awareness, concentration, and multitasking abilities.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver clear, concise instructions.

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operational environment.

Physically and mentally fit with the ability to pass regular medical and psychological evaluations.

Experience in tower, approach, or en-route control environments.

Familiarity with radar systems, air traffic management software, and emergency protocols.

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus in international operations.
