Expleo are working closely as a preferred supplier to a UK based OEM, as we actively recruit a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer to join our team on contract/permanent basis, to be based in Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities of the Systems Engineer:

* Work with other client stakeholders to promote and get feasibility approval
* Develop requirements using DOORS NXG to industrialise feasibility study
* Applicate electrically new components into existing trucks to ensure that the client meets its legislative targets by writing requirements into DOORS NXG
* Support client with any current product quality

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of automotive electronics, embedded systems, and control theory.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and other relevant engineering tools.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
