Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with respect and dignity.
  • Help residents with mobility, including moving and transferring, using appropriate aids and techniques.
  • Support residents in their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and medication management (as per care plans).
  • Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote well-being and combat loneliness.
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or management promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
  • Assist with light housekeeping duties related to resident areas.
