About the Role
Amari Care Services is hiring caring and reliable individuals to support people in their own homes across Lowestoft. You'll help clients live safely and independently while maintaining their comfort and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with respect and dignity.
- Help residents with mobility, including moving and transferring, using appropriate aids and techniques.
- Support residents in their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and medication management (as per care plans).
- Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote well-being and combat loneliness.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing staff or management promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties related to resident areas.
- Develop and maintain positive and respectful relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
- Accurately document care provided and observations made in resident care records.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Promote residents' independence and choice in all aspects of their care.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, other care staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervisions.
- Uphold the highest standards of care and professionalism at all times.
